Below are the 4 different states your nervous system could be in:

FREEZE
When your system feels overwhelmed and pulls inward. It often shows up as numbness, exhaustion, shutdown, or feeling stuck.

FAWN
When your body prioritizes safety through appeasing others. Often shows up as people-pleasing, self-suppression, or ignoring your own needs.

FLIGHT
When your system is mobilized to escape or stay ahead of danger.
Often shows up as anxiety, restlessness, racing thoughts, or constant urgency. -
FIGHT
When your system is holding too much pressure and needs to push outward.
Often shows up as irritation, anger, snapping, rage, or feeling “on edge.”
