ONCE YOU TAKE THE QUIZ

Taking the quiz is the first step to awareness. You'll see which nervous state you are currently in then receive 4 Self-Regulation Technique videos email dripped over the course of a few days to support you in your journey to self-regulation. Below are the 4 different states your nervous system could be in:

  • FREEZE

    When your system feels overwhelmed and pulls inward. It often shows up as numbness, exhaustion, shutdown, or feeling stuck.

  • FAWN

    When your body prioritizes safety through appeasing others. Often shows up as people-pleasing, self-suppression, or ignoring your own needs.

  • FLIGHT

    When your system is mobilized to escape or stay ahead of danger.
    Often shows up as anxiety, restlessness, racing thoughts, or constant urgency.

  • FIGHT

    When your system is holding too much pressure and needs to push outward.
    Often shows up as irritation, anger, snapping, rage, or feeling “on edge.”

    • Help your body complete unfinished stress responses
    • Increase your capacity for regulation over time
    • Meet your system where it is, not force it to calm down

    Day 1:
    You’ll receive your quiz result + Video 1, introducing your nervous system state and the first regulation technique.

    Day 2–4:
    You’ll receive one new video per day, each offering a different technique to support that same nervous system state.
